Ponyboy / Release (SW001)

sw001

Ponyboy's "Release" hovers somewhere around mountain tops as if seen from the stars. Influenced by heartbeats and heartaches, this is a skeleton of the being we are. Super loud silence.

Sound Workshop / Series 30 (SW002)

sw002

Sound Workshop's "Series 30" is a devolution of musical odysseys weaving science and mysticism into a multi-dimensional fabric. Sounds like Queen and LL Cool J. Words and music...

Sound Workshop / Quarterback (SW003)

sw003

Sound Workshop's "Quarterback" is a piezo transducer encased in pressure molded plastic. A necessity wrapped in an enigma. Ready for some rough play! Uses a standard 1/4" cable and is not affected by the Euro. Includes a picture magnet, a button, a poster, and a postcard. Attach it to any surface with some form of adhesive (tape, sticky tack, rubber cement, etc...), hook it up to an amplifier, and hear the vibrations. Useful for acoustic instruments and surface ambience. What do you put it on?

E.D! / E.D! (SW005)

sw005

E.D!'s self-titled release, aka The After-Birth of Rock and Roll, is a fuzzy and disgusting onslaught. Tones and tons of tones layered on top of loose pounding rhythms. More tongue-in-between-cheeks then the one in your mouth.

Dick, the Shitkicker

Humans / Ryan (SW006)

sw006

Humans' (of North America) "Ryan" bestows savant-garde prog upon brutal and quick anthems. Similar to having a tough day at the orifice. 2 color acrylic hand print on paper. Sonic nihilism, so shut the fuck up!

Father?

Run, Johnny, Run

Canid / Woolery Mill (SW008)

Canid's "Woolery Mill" was filmed in late fall 2010 at sunset in an old limestone mill in Bloomington, IN. Once the darkness falls, a new light emerges.

Carpenter and Clerk / PSA Volume II - Malvina Reynolds (SW009)

sw009

Carpenter and Clerk's series of Public Service Announcements are partly truth, partly fiction. Each release presents an originator(s), a culture, a resource for all ears.

"Volume II - Malvina Reynolds", honors the Legend of the Toungue. Sharp as ticky-tacks, the modern Martin Luther. Beware some truths here are self-evident...

Ponyboy/Firetower (SW010)

Ponyboy is FirePower

Do you like Fire? Ponyboy's "Firetower", a solemn approach to indignance, cascades images of circumstance. Stand on the tip of the globe for at every point there is a tangent. You choose your own adventure. You choose your path of departure. Slingshot yourself across the cosmos and let this be the soundtrack.

Sound Workshop/Poor Man's 4-Track (SW011)

Sound Workshop is a 4-track

Sound Workshop's "Poor Man's 4-Track", is big bang worship. A collage of unrepenting honesty letting space dissipate an enraged beast.

Just Tryin' Not To Be Held Liable

Re-Mastered and Re-Released, Mr. Hipster's "Just Tryin' Not To Be Held Liable", is a blinding testament of harmony and mutiny. It's heart thumping, porch stomping goodness, a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll. Cruise down country roads and play at loud volume.
